  4. 28 weeks pregnant. Any suggestions?

I am 28 weeks pregnant with GDM. Today range is fasting 109 and pp 142(1 hour after meal). And doc says amniotic fluid level is high this time. Will it affect the baby and delivery? Will the fluid go back to normal once sugar is controlled? What steps to be taken? Any suggestions?
