Hi doctor i am 23 weeks pregnant i am feeling cramps while sitting with back ache just like menstrual cramp But while lying down i dont feel anything only baby movement i can feel . Is it a matter of concern ??? Please advise

Any pain and cramps during pregnancy, if comes and goes not associated with bleeding or if not at regular intervals , and if all ur scans previously was normal including the location of placenta and cervical length nothing to worry
