Temperature below 100 is normal. If not accompanied by other symptoms, just give paracetamol for fever and repeat after 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness and dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
