2 Year old 4-5 times in a day

Hello Dr. My 2 year old is popping 4-5 times a day from last 2 weeks. Stool is not watery, He is active , eating well. We did his stool routine and Microscopy, I am attaching the report. Please suggest if this is ok? Also what to do about the stool Baby Age -2year Weight -11.6 Kg

Report is Normal . Kids can poop immediately after intake of food item . Nothing to worry about . Weight is also Ok but will need monitoring and previous weights . You can start toilet training now . It helps many times . If still not resolved or any other accompanied issue , can consult online .

Report is normal.. It might be indigestion If the frequency of stool remains the same.. try giving soft light diet , curd Monitor the weight gain over 2-3 months
