My 2.9 year old son speaking few words like muma, papa, bye , no , haan, chalo muma, chalo papa, ye , vo , o, two, numnah for water, baa (for bhaiya)etc. And tells body part by touching it but does not speak. Understand most of the things which is communicated to him and reacts accordingly and bubbles a lot but unable to make sentences. Is he fine and normal? What should i do?

No he should speak sentence at this age, just lessen screen time of child, lets him play with other kids, notice if child has any other behavioural issues like repeating words, less eye contact, circling Just visit ent also for tongue tie and hearing assessment If all things normal then consult physically
