Hi. My doc has prescribed Gynored Zxt tablet after dinner, but after taking this medicine I get nausea and occasional vomittings. What can be done to reduce the nausea?

If Gynored (Iron, Folic acid and B12) is causing symptoms then you should consult with your Doctor who may change the preparation and recommend some different preparation.

Iron is known  to cause gastrointestinal disturbance you can change the brand of iron

Take dexorange syrup 5 ml or orofer xt tablet instead of that
