  4. 14 weeks pregnant. This affect my baby!

Hi I'm 14 weeks pregnant and had gone through infertility treatment with progesterone support and fertigyn hp injection. Now also having duphaston tablet once daily . Today i lifted some weight for which I got nerve pain near lower abdomen and now it is gone. Does this affect my baby
