I woke up this morning. I was feeling pretty calm and sleepy- I decided to check my BP- my systolic is not good I am on telmisartan 40 mg n i beleive with med my bp shud be at 110/70 but its 130/80 mostly Do I need more medicine that means?

Most bp machines usually show higher readings at least by 10 units .. even 130/80 is within normal  range only ..reduce weight ,check your fbs ppbs HBA1C and thyroid profile..

No extra medication is needed.. little bit of fluctuation can be seen here and there.. for accurate information try to measure your bp three times a day with note of it for 7 days.. you will get more accurate idea regarding it
