11mm stone is little large to pass off by medications. Upto 7mm stones can be tried by medicines, not 11mm. As far it's there in ureter, it will cause block to passage of urine. Slowly kidney function will get affected. Best option is to undergo URS which is done endoscopically and clear off the stone
