1 month shoulder pain

I’ve had a pain in my right shoulder for about a month. It aches when I lie on it and if I move it occasionally it crunches, whenever it crunches it is painful.

Avoid affected side to lie. Do hot fermentation. Shoulder shrug exercises. Stretching exercises of shoulder. Avoid heavy weight till relief.
