Iam Tested my RBS at evening 7:30 the result 110, Iam taking morning breakfast, Tea, Coffee, after noon meals, evening Tea. The result is normal or not? How often check my Sugars. Pls suggest. Regards.

110 sugar level is normal. It would be good to check sugar before and 2 hours after meal once in a week . Get HbA1C blood test once every 3 months.
