Why I get headaches everyday.... Is Working At My Computer Causing My Headaches? Can u plz help me???

Headache has many reasons, but seeing computer for long time will strain the eyes and also causes dry eyes which leads to burning sensation in eyes when closed, we have good medicine for that in Ayurveda and also taking rest in 1 to 2 hour interval and looking distant object once a while and closing eyes to give little rest for eye muscles are beneficial.
