Sir, plz see attached x ray of RT ft. problem i have already described. Does it required plaster, if yes for how much time. how much time does it required for complete healing.

Strap and walking slab for 6 weeks should be the treatment for your proximal phalanx fracture .
Next Steps
Cast don't work in these distal fractures .

I think strapping of 1st & 2nd  toe.should be adequate. Patient should use shoes and  not slippers. Patient should sleep wearing sox.
