Amniotic fluid Index

Asked for Female, 29 Years

At 31 weeks gestation my amniotic fluid index is 11.48 cms. Is this normal or less? I also got 2 drips last week. If someone can tell me correctly, Although i am drinking lots of water aa prescribed.
