at your age pimples might be hormonal...consult a dermatologist first and we can start treatment once your skin type and type of pimples are assessed...wash your face regularly with plain water... use mild soap..use face was lh containing salicyclic acid...avoid pinching the pimples...avoid sun and dust exposure as much as possible
