Regards. First put your pic for proper diagnosis. Give the status of your Thyroid profile, Hemoglobin etc for proper diagnosis and then line of treatment. And above all, a healthy life style, healthy diet without junk and no local application of any colors or anything like this may be fruitful for you. No repeated curling or straightening of hairs, as more of heat also destroys hairs. Thanks

Health of your hair depends on your digestion a lot. And if your problem is as severe as u say ...then it would be beneficial to visit an nearby Ayurvedic physician rather than asking online. You have lso mentioned oil allergy..please describe it further because oil is essential for good hair growth and maintenance.

Hello..
Well the amount of hair fall which you are mentioning is very minimal...I don't think you have to worry about it...well thinned out hairs may be genetic or due to changes in weather, water food intake as in protein insufficiency, calcium deficiency, anaemia etc... I need to examine you for that...its better you consult a dermatologist... Make sure to have protein rich diet..have good green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc..drink plenty of water too
Hi first the cause for hairfall must be known. Eat cooked food, avoid spicy and oily food. Don't take head bath daily preferably 2-3 days once is better.keep a check on ur dandruff. DRINK 2-3 ltrs of water, fresh fruits. You can use Sesa Hair oil. Consult your doctor if the hair fall is too severe. You can try ayurveda treatments such as Nasya,Shirodhara, thalapothichil also helps
