Always felt headaches
I just want to ask I always feel headaches, I feel like I'm gonna vomitte anytime... I felt it most of the time.. I thought that im just higjblood but everytjme i check my bp its normal. 120/80... Any reason for it my head aches. ??

It's classically migraine headache. You need comprehensive diet advice, relaxation exercises, drugs etc. Its better to consult Pain specialist/ neurologist
