I am able to empathize with your situation. Please trust me when I say, this is a passing phase and you can get over it with help. I don't know where are you from, please find out local centres that help with depression and reach out to them. There are also call lines which are open 24*7, please reach out to someone. There are many people who would help. Please also realize you are not in this alone. There are many many people undergoing the same. Don't be ashamed too, things like these happen we are all human. What you need to do is, reach out to some organisation which can help you.
