My S.IG is 1331 Iu/ml.
As per serum immunology test. Please guide. I am suffering from allergy rhinitis from last 10 years.please help

That's a very high IgE value.
Nonetheless, the treatment of allergic rhinitis involves nasal steroid spray ( eg: flutiflo nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in both nostril) and antiallergic/antihistaminics meds ( tab montair LC once at night).
Avoiding allergens (dust, cold and pollens) are the primary treatment of choice
