Itching may be due to eczema,dryness,fungal infection etc...diagnosis is very important with out proper diagnosis we can't suggest you medications..... hydrate yourself well drink plenty of fluids, avoid using harsh soaps, use cleansing lotions for face n mild soap for body , use moisturizer after showers.
It's better to consult dermatologist for examination they will do the needful.
