Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Since its a skin related issue, it needs to be seen to be understood properly.
So you have to get it checked out once by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Without seeing, treatment is not possible.
If its dryness, then you can apply a moisturiser everyday.
