Allergy i dont know about

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I m not very sure what allergy i have but it doesnt let me sleep at night it doesnt itch in the day time but i have itching in the mid night and the areas covered by the allergy is hands near my shoulders, chest, and belly. Please help me with this, this allergy actually disturbs my sleep and if i try to sleep in the day time then i get sleeping paralysis attacks due to lack of sleep.
