My doctor prescribed me monti fx and cefi 200 and vitamin c tablets last time as i had cold, and sore threat Before that she gave monticope and zathrin 500 Both the time i had the same symptoms Which tablet's course should I start again as i cannot visit her now...

Steam inhalation helps Just take a tub of hot water put some turmeric ,lemon extract, ginger extract into it and cover you with blanket so that steam doesn't go out and inhale
