Hi
You seem to be having a skin condition called psoriasis. This condition is a common recurring skin condition which is often worse in winters. Please use a good moisturiser three to five times a day. Avoid scratching as it can make the condition worse. A dermatologist can suggest some creams to help with control of the skin condition
