Allergic to dust
Dry coughing and dry Throat.  Continuous coughing in night and day time. Allergy from dust. Tiredness due to continuous coughing

Get a CBC, IgE, Chest X Ray and PFT if possible. You also need to r/o Diabetes considering your age or if you are a diabetic then you need to control your sugar. Antiallergic and cough suppressant medications would work for you.
