To me it is fungal infection. Apply candid cream after cleaning thoroughly.and drying it with clean personal tissue.
Hygiene is foremost important. Boil all clothes including towel and underwear. Dry in hot sun. Otherwise iron them all his clothes in contact including bed sheets and towels continue it religiously for 10days. Report to me.through practol.
