Allergic eye and allergic dermatisis.

Hi doctors my 1 year 4 month baby has been suffering from allergic eye infection for past 12 days. In starting left eye was little bit red but in two three days both eyes were red and itching problem started. Went to child specialist , he gave tobox eye drop and an ointment .after five days only redness removed but watery eyes and yellowish mucus started in both eyes and in night he kept rubbing his eyes while sleeping .he try to rub both eyes if I stop then he rub face  through pillow and bedsheets. And can't opened eyes due to ointment or sticky substance and cried a lot. So every night is tough for him to sleep properly . in morning this caused swelling eye lid and redness. Apart of that in last four days skin rashes were also developed in face only including on lower and upper eye lids and  behind both ears. On his forehead. This causes itchiness in eyes also. For now I am giving allegra 5 ml twice a day and tobox eye drop 4 times a day.can i use olopat eye drop also with tobox
