Allergic conjectivitis
I am suffering from allergic conjectivits. I want to know is it possible that after 3to 4 years it may vanishe. I have undergone treatment through 1.5 year. I've got some relief but still don't feel comfortable. I want to know any surgery or cleanliness in the eye would be helpful to me.Also please let me know any place in India treat this type of problems. I'd really appreciate if you would spare your time and please help me. Thanks :)

Allergic conjunctivitis is self limiting disease ,it may disappear in due course of time ,it may also disappear with change of place .

yes as you know it's allergic conjuntivitis.please idetify by which items or articles  or edibles  you develop this. and then  avoid the aggravating factor. follow good ocular hygiene. get allergy testing done at a tertiary pathlab. use antallergic eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine. rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids.  do cold compresses. may take anti allergic tab sos.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy A.  There is no permanent treatment for allergy but We can only suppress allergy Prevention is better than cure Prevention include avoid rubbing eyes, cold compresses Treatment A.  Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently B.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
