All the time sleepy ! No excitement! No
I am working at a semi government firm. I don't smoke. I am single. I had a gf few years ago, she came and she left many times and I left broken. I hv tried many different things to get out of all these like , tours/yoga/music/party/other activities. But don't have any interest left in other or any activities. I am numb. I don't feel excitement. I feel sleepy and lazy all the time. I have started gym and swimming but I never completed the course. I went there for 4..5 days and then I quit . I am seeing other girls for marriage as well but it is also just mechanical work. Sometimes I want to have sex but I don't get proper erection. I did not get even erection in time . It took lots of effort to make it erect. I hv lots of things to finish but I am not in the mood to lift a single finger on my own . I don't know how I can become the old me !!

It sounds like you've been through some challenging experiences, and it's understandable that they have left a significant impact on your emotions and well-being. Our experiences, especially in relationships, can shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors over time. The patterns we engage in, whether positive or negative, can become our reality. It seems like you've tried various activities to cope, but the emotional weight persists. It's essential to recognize that change takes time and effort. Consider reaching out to a mental health professional who can provide support and guidance tailored to your specific situation.
