I've been drinking about 375- 550ml cheap brandy diluted with 1.2 litre water within 3-4hrs time every evening, post which I eat and sleep. I did not drink until next evening again. This has been my schedule for almost 6 years, everyday. Apart from that I'll eat well, go to work and smoke 6-8 cigarettes a day. I am now inder meds to quit alcohol.
