Cronodol 500 mg (Disulfiram like reaction) works by blocking the processing of alcohol, blocks the chemical which breaks and converted alcohol in the body. This leads to an increased level of converted form of alcohol in the body causing bad physical features while drinking alcohol. It causes tachycardia(ghabraht,) hot flushes(redness on body) etc etc.
