Air Embolism?
Here is a brief history, I've had rectal bleeding off and on for probably over two years. Yet is only context to my question. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, so here is my embarrassing question. I've Clenched my Buttox Multiple times, to where I can feel air entering in... Do you think that this could in any way cause an air embolism?

Air embolism is caused by air entering the veins. But it is actually very rare and it usually takes more than 50ml of air to cause an embolus. Also remember that air embolism is deadly so if you did get it you would be in a hospital bed and not talking to me :)
Next Steps
You mentioned intermittent rectal bleed. This to me sounds much more worrying. I hope you have visited a doctor. And if you have not please do so as soon as possible.
