Age 25 male tingling in hands left hand
My left hand mostly tingling when i am doing exercise
sleeping or sometime when my hand is fold since 3 months
i was tested my vitamin d 2 months before
vitamin d level is 10
its clear vitamin d deficiency
and also i have history of pain in bones in childhood at the age 12 years old
