After vaccination fever

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Today, I got vaccinated with covishield and am having 101 fever along with pain in the back of my head and slight body ache. Is it normal to have this reaction as my brother also got vaccinated but he doesn't have any reaction as such and how long will these post vaccination symptoms last??
