After Urine Burning sensation. Test. ?

Dear Doctor, Past 4month am having problem like,after urine burning sensation, Regarding this several time i consultant through online in practo,and directly seen 4 to 5 doctors but still am facing same problem, Actually few days back my urine culture report shown that am having E.coli 80000,Then Dr prescribed me Nitrofurantoin for 14days,Now latest report shows that Enterococcus 1500 ,Am very confused because so for am taken multiple antibiotics, whichever doctor am consulting he advise to stop current medication then he will give new antibiotic,like this am taken antibiotics likes Levoflaxin,Amikacin,Fosfomycin,ciproflaxin, Nitrofurantoin, Doxycycline,urispas etc , I request anyone help me from this problem. Kindly let me know window period & conclusion for STD,STI and HIV test...?
