After mumps feeling tired

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi got affected by mumbs 12 days back. Was taking some antibiotics and anti inflammatory tablets. Because of mumps one side testes also swollen. But now the swelling on cheeks and testes gone. But I feel tired so much.
