Hello I did not understand the meaning of light piles - does it mean small haemorrhoids ? The treatment options for such cases would be - medical therapy, sclerotherapy - injection into the piles, banding of the piles or surgery. Surgery is the last resort if they are big, heavy bleeding or not responding to other therapies. I would suggest you to meet a surgeon or gastroenterologist, who will suggest you correct treatment after assesing the size of the piles.
