After miscarriage clots in uterus
My wife (Age-37) recently got pregnant. But doctor said it was bio-chemical pregnancy and had miscarried recently. After that she gone through usg pelvis. It was came out that there is an anchoic collection/ blood clot in endometrical cavity. Her last hcg 1.53. One of the doctor guide us not do anything it will come out by it's own. But someone told her to take misopristol. Which treatment we should go for?

Let it pass out on its own.. Get a beta hcg again next week. Hcg should decrease. If it's not decreasing or on increasing trend consult your obstetrician.
