After ileostomy reversal

Asked for Male, 61 Years

Stoma closure 9mo back. Now diagnosed with “Large fistulous opening about 1cm just above anal verge. Erythema at the anastomotic site”. The dr suggested another loop ileostomy operation. He had Ca Rectum T3bv2n2c0 and had loop ileostomy 18mo backe, heart patient with TVD and 20-25% LVEF stable since 2yr. Pls advise.
