After effects of Permite cream

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Yesterday on 2nd of Oct I have applied Permite to my body and thenafter following next day, am getting more red bumps over my body with itching. So I have some questions in my mind about the efficiency of the cream: 1. After the application of cream, parasites(as per Doc) are feeling uneasiness and thus are in active mode? 2. Or my body is not accepting the cream and thus it is the possible side effect?
