Hello, i delivered a bby two months back by csection, bby care taker is telling me to avoid drinking much water as it accumulates in my head and it also causes cold to bby wen breastfeeding. Is it true? I drink 4to 5 liters of water is it ok for me? How much water can i drink wen breastfeeding?
