Aec is 490

2 days back I done my blood test,
my AEC level is 490/cumm
and tc. Wbc is 8000 cells/cumm
And esr is 40 mm/hr
Due to cough I checked. My blood. Can u please suggest me how to reduce this AEC and tell me what type of food decrease my AEC level

Hi. I understand your concern s. Do not worry about AEC. Your cough may be still due to allergy and food restrictions is not the way out. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.

Hi the eosinophil count is less than 500 so it is not considered high. Do you have any allergic tendencies? Or any parasitic infection history? Please consult your doctor for the same.
