Lassi is a milk product, so it has all nutritional components of milk. What makes it different is proportion of each component. Lassi has less calories (without adding sugar), protein and fat. Same amount of B12 and calcium. Lassi has less amount of lactose. This is helpful in individuals who has lactose intolerance and IBS. Lassi also has probiotics means useful and healthy bacteria which keeps our stomach healthy.
Next Steps
If you are beyond 16 years of age, you can prefer lassi over milk.
