There are many reasons for high cholestrol. It can b either familial, lifestyle related(obesity/ sedentary lifestyle) and metabolic syndrome associated. As your cholesterol levels are very high first treatment is always diet and lifestyle. Reduce your weight, eat healthy and exercise regularly. First treatment is always lifestyle modification if u have no other comorbidities like diabetes hypertension or heart disease after 2 months of lifestyle therapy still cholestrol doesn’t come down then can start on treatment.
Next Steps
Maintain healthy lifestyle
Health Tips
Repeat cholestrol
