Advise regarding treatment
I have Gait problem. Poor balance. Diagnosed as having Parkinson. But dat scan negative for Parkinson. Pet scan shows shrinking of brain. Medicine not helping much.

Continue taking medication as prescribed by your physician.
If the probem is getting worsened then you might need dose alterations in the medications, so follow up is required.
