Advise due to ear and tinnitus
Hi team
I feel that my Vitamin B12 levels are low
As I get some weakness and tiredness
And I have tinnitus in one ear after an bad cold sinusitis since March 2023( after being on Calls in office)
Audiometry reports suggest mild moderate SNHL in both ears
Adenoidectomy and septoplasty was done as ears were not getting ventilation
Doctor and audiologist said it is due to nerve weakness either due to low vitamins or infections or damage to ears so hearing aid is solution he says ... As it is very expensive in here.
Can Vitamin B12 supplement and injection cure the tinnitus and hearing issue caused due to this?
