I am due for 2nd jab for covishield on 22/09/2021, as of now I am observing infection and gum pain. Please advice whether second jab vaccination is advisable.

There will be no relationship between the vaccine and the gums. You can safely take the vaccine on 22/9. The second dose generally does not even have fever or headache or bodyache. You should consult a dentist for the gum pain and infection asap.
