Hello sir,i am not keeping well from a long time have constant body pain recently suffered from liver swelling and liveril tonic is going on i have problems in passing stool timely and nausea feeling sometimes, and uneasiness in stomach upper area as well as in my waist area two days back i had numbness in legs and today i have pain un back and thighs severely and in head also i am tired of this sir not able to understand what is going on.

1. Acute inflammatory conditions like cholecystitis, hepatitis , pancreatitis, gastritis

2. avoid fast food or too much fat consumption . Consume boiled food wid balanced carb, protein , fat content .

5. sleep on a hard bed preferably without a pillow

6. Can use supportv measures like hot sponging over the back for pain relief.
