Advice on tb treatment
During fitness examination I got know that I have bilateral apical pleural thicking in chest X Ray , but neither in past or currently have any any health complaints, so further investigation I done ppd skin test and quantiferon tb gold test , which is positive 20 mm and 3.42 iu respectively , chest xray shows minimal apical plural thickening and chest ct say normal with only confirming plural thickening kindly advised me that it suggestive of tb infection and do I need take anti tb medicine , i am working in saudi arebia if I suffered from this I might loose my job so any way can i avoid this to become active   Advice me treatment

20 MM mantoux is significant. U will have to consult a chest physician .
