I have a question about Indian hygiene practices after using the bathroom. How can I explain to someone from India that wiping your rear end with your hand instead of using toilet paper is actually worse? From a medical view?

Please No it is not worst Because after cleaning anus, we wash our hands with soap and water By tissue paper, anus can't be cleaned completely.
